Welcome to Amossia Elite Boutique Hotel. We are delighted to have you as our guest, and we aim to provide you with a quality and enjoyable stay during your time with us. EMERGENCY EXITS:

The nearest emergency exit to your room is indicated on the emergency exit plan hanging on the back of your room door. Please take a moment to review it.

 

EMERGENCIES:

In case of an emergency, please call "0" to reach the Reception.

KEY CARD:

The room card you received from the Reception upon check-in is also designed to activate the air conditioning and all electrical systems in your room. When entering your room, insert the card into the "Energysaver" slot on the wall. For your safety, please take your card with you when leaving the room. A €20 fee will be charged if you lose your card, and a new card will be issued.

The lock on the door has buttons to request extra cleaning. You can also use the "Do Not Disturb" button on the lock.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES:

For any repairs or similar services in your room, please call "0" to reach the Reception.

BANKS:

The nearest bank branches are in Marmaris, and you can find ATMs in Turunç.

BARS:

Lobby Bar: 08.00 – 24.00

Pool Bar: 10.30 – 22.00

Room Service: 08.00 – 23.00

LAUNDRY SERVICE:

You can find a laundry bag in your wardrobe and a price list in the folder. Please place your laundry in the bag and leave it on the bed after signing the list. If you deliver by 10:00 am, your clothes will be cleaned and returned the same day, while dry cleaning will be delivered the following day.

FLOWERS:

If you would like to order flowers for special occasions, please contact the Reception or call "0".

DOCTOR:

Our hotel has an agreement with a private clinic. There's a health center 100 meters from our hotel with a 24-hour ambulance service. In case of emergencies, please contact the Reception. Tel No: "0".

CURRENCY EXCHANGE:

You can get information on daily exchange rates at the Reception. You can exchange currency at any time.

ELECTRICITY:

Your room uses a 220-volt, 50 Hz electrical current. You can find 110-volt outlets on hairdryers in the bathrooms.

SAFETY BOX:

Your room has an electronic safety box for your valuables. The door is open upon arrival. To lock it, close the door, enter a 4-digit code, and press the "#" key. To unlock, enter your code. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of valuables not stored in the safety box.

PETS:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

LATE CHECK-OUT:

If our hotel is available, you can request a late check-out for a fee by notifying the Reception at least one day in advance.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS:

For information on daily tours, car rentals, and similar services, you can consult your tour guide or get detailed information from the Reception.

POOL AND JACUZZI:

The pool is open from 10.00 to 20.00. You can also use the outdoor Jacuzzi during these hours.

TOWELS:

Please do not take bathroom towels to the beach. You can use the blue towels in your room for the beach. There is no towel service at the beach. Please return the beach towels to your room after use. If a towel is lost, a fee of €15 will be charged, and a replacement will be issued.

INTERNET:

Our hotel provides free wireless internet in public areas. Please ask for the password at the Reception.

LOST AND FOUND:

For lost or found items, please contact the Reception.

AIR CONDITIONING:

You can adjust the air conditioning to your preferred temperature using the control panel in your room. Ensure the room and balcony doors are fully closed; otherwise, the air conditioner won't work.

CREDIT CARDS:

Our hotel accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

CELEBRATIONS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS:

If you wish to celebrate a special occasion during your stay, please contact the Reception at least one day in advance. Tel No: "0".

MINI-BAR:

The minibar in your room is checked daily. Consumed items are replenished, and all items are chargeable. The price list is below. Tea and coffee in the rooms are complimentary. Bottled water on the table is also complimentary.

COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS:

For compliments and complaints, please fill out the form in the folder in your room and leave it in the envelope at the Reception. These evaluations are read by the management to improve our services.

BEACH:

Our hotel's beach is for our guests' use. Reservations for umbrellas, sunbeds, and cabanas are not permitted. Food and drinks are available from our Snack Menu at the beach.

MAIL:

The Reception staff can assist you with mail-related matters.

RECEPTION:

The Reception is available 24 hours a day to serve you.

RESTAURANTS:

Breakfast: 08.00 – 10.30 (Open Buffet)

Restaurant: 10.30 – 20.00

Please do not bring food to your room for hygienic reasons.

TAXI - TRANSFER:

Taxis are available 24 hours a day. You can arrange for taxis or transfers by contacting the Reception.

TELEPHONE:

To call other rooms, dial the desired room number.

TELEVISION:

Your room is equipped with a satellite TV system. The channel list can be found in the folder on your desk.

WAKE-UP CALL:

If you need a wake-up call, please notify the Reception.

FIRE SAFETY:

Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. In case of an emergency, follow the "EXIT" signs.

VISITORS:

Your visitors can use all hotel facilities (except accommodations) for a day-use fee between 10.00 and 23.00 hours. For more information, contact the Reception.
